Years ago, every Facebook page included posting guidelines - often called "Rules of the Road" to let visitors know what comments would be tolerated and what wouldn't. While not utilized as often as they used to be, there is still merit in making sure people have that information up front - before they comment. Having rules allows you to discourage spam and inappropriate content, without discouraging interaction.
Below is one of my favorite examples of posting guidelines. It's from the Humane Society of the United States and it hits all the buttons - It's short, avoids confusing legal terminology, it's friends and it's clear what is acceptable and what isn't. It's a good starting point for you to develop your won "Rules of the Road."
